As an experienced listing agent, I know better. Of course, getting the most money for your property in the shortest amount of time is desirable, but it’s not the whole story. There are a million other factors to consider. It’s more about meeting your needs, listening to and addressing your concerns, and advising you as to how to best meet your needs. The difference is in the detailed services that I provide to my clients; complementary home staging, professional photography and videography services, established web presence, strong real estate knowledge base, and many other fine details that set me apart from the crowd.
